FitWorx Malaysia Fitness, Fun, Results GLS Fitworx Sdn. Bhd was established in February 2011. We opened our first commercial fitness center in June 2011 in Petaling Jaya.

Soon after, in January 2012, we started our corporate fitness management division. We now cater to both commercial and corporate fitness models. All together we now manage seven (7) outlets throughout the Klang Valley. We have also advised on other one-off projects. During our journey, we have built up contacts and business partners to bring you a more holistic approach to fitness club setup. We h

A Day of Wellness, Balance & Renewal at Fitworx Amcorp

Today, we celebrated World Yoga Day with a series of meaningful sessions centered around the theme:

"Yoga for Wellness, Wisdom & World Peace."

Our morning session brought together participants in a shared journey of mindfulness, movement, and inner harmony, reminding us of the powerful connection between body, mind, and spirit.

The celebration continued in the afternoon with RESET, a dedicated "me-time" yoga experience designed to help participants pause, recharge, and reconnect with themselves. Through mindful movement and breathwork, everyone was encouraged to reset their mind, body, and soul, creating the perfect foundation for a calmer, more productive, and balanced day ahead.

To complete the experience, participants enjoyed a delightful spread of sandwiches and fusion teas, generously prepared by Filisia , making the day even more memorable.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating wellness, self-care, and community. Here's to carrying that positive energy forward every day.
