We run self defence training for companies, organisations and private groups, from shorter introductory sessions to more complete programs.

Another session with Prudential Takaful.

We mix practical self defence training with games and challenges to get people moving, thinking and making decisions. It keeps things interesting, but there’s a reason behind it too. The aim is to help people actually remember what they learned after the session.

Train directly under the founder of the Dagooc Arnis System and explore the principles, timing, flow, and application that have shaped the system for decades.

A family that trains together, grows together.

Really nice to see moments like this on the mats, supporting each other and going through the journey side by side. They all just passed their grading, and it shows in the way they train.

We run both kids and adult classes, so parents and children can train in the same space if they want to.

There was a lot to take away, and it was good to see everyone working through it in their own way.
