We are excited to announce that the Race Across Malaysia (RAM2025) registration is officially open! This iconic event is part of the prestigious Race Across America (RAAM) series, making Malaysia the second country in Asia (after India) to host a RAAM-sanctioned race.

In 2024, we proudly hosted our debut Race Across Malaysia, featuring 300km, 680km, and 1030km distances. The top three finishers of RAM1000 — Benedict Abad from the Philippines, Robert Valerio Kreienbuhl from Switzerland, and Malaysia’s own ultra-runner and cyclist, Mohd Puzi Dolah—completed the 1030km route within the RAAM time limit, earning their invitations to the prestigious Race Across America (RAAM) this year.

For 2025, we have raised the stakes, adding even more distance and a breathtaking route. Racers will traverse the stunning landscapes of Cameron Highlands, Gua Musang in Kelantan, and the majestic Titiwangsa mountains, showcasing the best of Malaysia’s natural beauty.

We can’t wait to see returning riders and welcome newcomers ready to take on this unforgettable challenge—and maybe even break the records set by our 2024 winners. See you on the starting line!

Race Across Malaysia 2025 – The Transpeninsular Race!

We are excited to announce the return of the prestigious Race Across Malaysia (RAM) this May 2025. Building on the success of last year’s event, RAM2025 will feature an even more demanding route designed to challenge the endurance and determination of cyclists from around the globe.

Event Highlights:

Date: 24 - 27 May 2025

Distance: 360km, 730km, 1200km

This race is open to both international and local participants, offering a unique opportunity to qualify for the prestigious Race Across America (RAAM).

How is everyone? We want to congratulate the finishers of RAM 2024 once again! Some of you might have received an email from RAAM confirming your qualification for RAAM. Your qualification is valid for two years, and you can now race in the solo division of RAAM! You’re among an elite group of ultra-endurance racers who have achieved RAAM Qualified Status!

What an incredible race with a group of determined and strong racers! Learning so much from each other and spending quality time together was good.

A big thank you to Benedict Abad, Robert Kreienbuhl, Mohd Puzi Dolah, Nigel Taylor, Cindy Yaw, Bud Salamon, Seow Kong Ng, Adel Zulin, Doug Liow, Anissa Jaffar for joining us and congratulations once again to all of you, your spirit and dedication are truly inspiring.

Congratulations to Cindy Yaw!

Our determined and strong female RAM1000 cyclist, Cindy Yaw, has completed the race in an impressive 77 hours and 32 minutes! As a frequent Audax Super Randonneur, ultra-distance challenges are no match for her. 🇲🇾

Despite facing multiple bike issues and riding solo the entire route, Cindy's mental strength and determination never wavered. She pushed through without a thought of giving up, showcasing true resilience.

We are so proud of you, Cindy! Your incredible achievement is an inspiration to us all.

Race Update: Congratulations to Nigel Taylor!

Nigel Taylor from New Zealand has just crossed the finish line at 1:15 am, completing his journey in an impressive 67 hours and 55 minutes, securing the title of third runner-up! 🇳🇿

Nigel faced an incredibly challenging race, riding alone in the dark for most of the time, battling the scorching hot sun during the day, and enduring night rains. Despite the hilly route and tough conditions, he showed remarkable resilience and determination.

Well done, Nigel! We hope to see you again in RAM2025!

Race Update: Congratulations to Mohd Puzi Dolah!

Following the incredible finish of Robert, our local hero Mohd Puzi, an Ultra trail runner, crossed the finish line just 30 minutes later, earning the title of second runner-up! 🇲🇾

Despite battling a bad stomach throughout the entire journey due to food problems, Puzi showed immense determination and resilience. He managed to complete the race within his cut-off time of 70 hours in the male solo category for 50 years and above.

Well done and bravo, Mohd Puzi! Your strength and perseverance are truly inspiring!

Robert Kreienbühl from Switzerland has finished as the first runner-up in the Race Across Malaysia, completing the race in a remarkable 63 hours and 41 minutes! 🇨🇭

With only very little rest throughout the entire route, Robert showed incredible endurance and determination. He completed the race strong, showcasing his unwavering spirit and tenacity.
