Vision Body Gym just opened at my playground (pool) few months ago. I saw their bunting and surfed their website. They are using a power-suit with sensor pads to engage EMS (electric muscle stimulation). The technology itself caught my attention 😱
Went to VB and did a 20 minutes workout and already felt some body soreness. Its the same feelings I had when I ran a marathon or cycled for 150+ km 😅 The PT brilliantly adjust the electric pulse to different part of the muscles to optimize the session. This is the new revolution of training. It gives faster result, safer workout and only need 20 minutes 🙊
In this case, curiosity didn't killed the cat but it will transform him to a lion 💪 Can't wait for the next 'electrify' session 😬
