- Slot booking is not needed
-Limited entry up to 10 persons(1st come 1st served)
-Training hours is limited to 2 hours per person.

Operation hours;
Monday- Friday (1pm-9pm)
Saturday (11am-7pm)
Sunday & Pub.Holidays (Closed)

🕐Business Hours:
1pm - 9pm (Weekdays)
11am - 7pm (Weekends & Public holidays)

We only welcome individuals who are:
✅ FULLY VACCINATED
✅ LOW RISK/NO SYMPTOMS
✅ BOOK TRAINING SLOT – only 8 members are allowed per slot (2 hours)

Gym members are required to wear mask upon entry and after leaving the gym, as well as to follow the SOPs.

We hope our gym members and clients can obey the gym rules and safety guidelines in order to keep the environment safe.
