Congratulations to our junior rider Awang Faries Danish for clinching the bronze medal in the Sprint event (U15 category) at JCM Track Series 2 today.

Representing Sarawak, Awang Faries Danish delivered an outstanding performance securing the first medal for our state at this series and notably he defeated the reigning National Champion to earn his spot on the podium.

Well done and keep pedaling forward 💪

Our team had the privilege of a courtesy meeting with YB Karim Hamzah followed by a special dinner hosted in our honour. We are truly humbled by the recognition and support given by the Minister towards our team and mission.

It was a proud moment as they acknowledged our achievement at the Malaysia National Championship 2025, where our riders brought home 14 medals for Sarawak;
4 Gold 🥇, 8 Silver 🥈and 2 Bronze 🥉

This recognition fuels our spirit to continue developing young talent and pushing the boundaries of Malaysian cycling. Thank you to everyone who supports our journey. This victory is for Sarawak! 💪❤️

What an incredible start to the Malaysia Road National Championship 2025 yesterday in the Individual Time Trial (ITT) event.

Our juniors truly made us proud – Afif Darwysh clinched the silver medal and Danial Hakim secured bronze. An Indonesian rider from Jakarta Pro Team took gold, which means Afif Darwysh will don the National Champion Jersey.

Today is the Road Race event and we’re all cheering for our boys. Let’s hope they continue to shine. 🤲

🇲🇾 Malaysia Track National Championships 2025 – Buceros and Sarawak Rise to the Top!

We are beyond proud to share the incredible achievements of our young riders at the Malaysia Track National Championships 2025. Our boys brought home an amazing total of 12 medals:
🥇 4 Gold
🥈 7 Silver
🥉 1 Bronze

This championship is a clear signal to everyone: our young athletes’ accomplishments shine a light on the potential and talent in our state.

We hope this inspires not only our fellow Sarawakians but also our respected Ministers, Sarawak Cycling Association (SCA) and Majlis Sukan Negeri Sarawak (MSNS) to recognize the impact and importance of continuous support for our grassroots and elite cycling programs.

Nowadays, sports science and technology have a significant impact on athletes’ performance, especially for those in high-performance programs. Advances in bike technology are a key factor contributing to outstanding results and AI technology also plays a vital role in helping coaches with route optimization, performance prediction, goal management, data-driven training plans and achievement tracking.

Our high-performance training program, combined with careful monitoring of our athletes’ fitness levels, has been instrumental in achieving these remarkable results.

Thank you to everyone who has stood by our journey – parents, coaches, supporters and the community.

Special thanks to Mr. Mohamad Azhar, Secretary of the Sarawak Cycling Association, for being present today at the Johor Velodrome. Your support and encouragement meant a lot to the team and helped lift the spirits of our boys before the final day tomorrow.

A day to remember for Buceros Cycling Club!

Today, our top management team had the great honour of meeting Datuk Amarjit Singh, President of the Malaysian National Cycling Federation (MNCF), along with Mr. Muhammad Firdaus Daud, President of the Johor State Cycling Association. It was a warm and inspiring session that reaffirmed our passion and commitment to developing young cycling talents at the national level.

We are incredibly proud that Sarawak cycling is now being recognised in Peninsular Malaysia as one of the most competitive and emerging powerhouses in the sport. For our small club to be acknowledged at this level is a tremendous source of pride and motivation to continue striving for excellence.

This is just the beginning. Buceros Cycling Club will continue to ride with purpose, train with heart and build the next generation of champions from East Malaysia.
