BRIEF BACKGROUND
Abd Azharee Abdul Wahid is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Micro Entreprises Academy (Akademi Usahawan Mikro AUM) and the Founder of Abang Brooch NFT. In addition, he holds a Hons Degree of Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) & MBA from UNITAR, he has extensive experience in international oil & gas management and holds various positions namely Business Consultant, Account Manager and Area Manager. Commonly knows known as the # 1 MSME Digitalisation Guru in Malaysia, he has worked with the Micro Entrepreneurs, SME group, associations, foundations, NGOs and individuals and has so far managed to help over 20,000 Entrepreneurs throughout the country in enhancing their business through Personal Coaching, Small Group Coaching, Workshops, Seminars and Talks since 2007. He was the Top 100, Semi-Finalist & Finalist in many Startups Events in South Korea, Ireland, Germany & Turkey in 2020, Winner of Malaysian Fundamental Recognition Award 2019 for "Cross Border Digital Program for Asean B40 Entrepreneurs by United Nation in 2020 & Social Entrepreneur Award Finalist for the Malaysian Commercialization of the Year Award (Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation, MOSTI). He has also appeared and has been interviewed by Astro Awani, RTM, Bernama TV, TV3, TV9, Nasional FM, BFM 89.9, Mobile Magazine, SelangorTV, Berita Harian, Utusan Malaysia, NST, Star, and Mingguan Wanita as well. He won as one of the Young Entrepreneur Awards by the Minister of Youth & Sports Malaysia in 2014. On February 28th, 2015, his company Akademi Usahawan Mikro Sdn Bhd was awarded the Pioneer in Micro Entrepreneurship Development by the Malaysian Prime Minister during the “Perhimpunan Gerakan Rennaisance Melayu” in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur in 2017, he has also been honored with the Honorary Award which carries the title of STE (Assoc) by the Association of Lecturers and Experts of the National Industrial in Malaysia (Mandate) & Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. He is also in NFT scene as Verified Artist selected for NFT Art Exhibition in Melaysia, Indonesia, Australia, France & Italy and a Top 100 NFT Creators in Pentas.io Marketplace since 2021. He is a very active Business Mentor, Coach for various Agencies namely Biskaunselor (INSKEN), Malaysian Research Accelerator for Technology & Innovation (MRANTI) & Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
