肌肉體型:體型較為均衡,肌肉發達,身體容易增加肌肉質量和力量。通常具有寬肩窄腰的外觀,是容易達到體能和力量目標的身體類型。

肥胖體型:身材較為豐滿,體重較重,容易存儲脂肪,身體形態較圓潤。通常有較大的骨骼結構和較少的肌肉質量,容易增加體重並難以減肥。
