本次考核涵盖了 SSI 国际标准的所有核心泳姿，学员可根据自身进度选择报考：
自由式 (Freestyle)： 展现速度与流畅的平衡。
蛙式 (Breaststroke)： 考验节奏感与手脚协作。
仰式 (Backstroke)： 体现水中的从容与稳定。
蝶式 (Butterfly)： 挑战力量与协调的巅峰。
