Cable Lats Pulldown 🔥

⭕️ Grab the bar with a wide grip, and pull it down towards your chest. Keeping the elbow joint at 30 degrees; scapular sinking. Natural spine and use controlled movements for an effective workout.

❌ Using lower back strength to pull the weight. Excessive shoulder involvement. Elbows excessively flaring out. Pull down in front of the body, below the chest. Rapid and uncontrolled motion.

背阔肌下拉 🔥

⭕️ 采用宽握方式握住横杠，肩关节外旋内收，肘关节在30度。启动和保持肩胛骨下沉，脊柱保持自然曲度。

❌ 借用后腰力量下拉负重。肩膀大幅发力。双肘过度外展。下拉到身体前侧、胸部下方。动作节奏过快、缺乏控制。

🔥Dumbbells Lateral Raise

⭕️To keep a slight bend in your elbow and lift the weights with 30 degree to your side. Also, keep core engaged and avoid using Momentum. Focus on engaging shoulder muscles throughout the movement.

❌ Using excessive momentum. Overarching the back. Incorrect elbow position and not controlling the descent.

⭕️保持肘部微微弯曲，将哑铃侧向30度提升。同时，保持核心收紧，避免使用过多借力。专注于激活肩部肌肉。

❌ 使用过多的借力。过度后仰背部。肘部位置不正确，以及无法控制离心收缩。

Cable Tricep Pushdown 💪🏻

⭕️ Maintaining a straight body, keeping elbows close to the torso, and ensuring a full contraction of the triceps during the movement. Pay attention to using an appropriate weight to avoid excessive use of the back muscles.

❌ Body swaying, elbows extending outward, or insufficient contraction, leading to improper muscle tension and suboptimal results. Ensure proper form during training to activate the target muscles fully and minimize involvement of other muscle groups.

三头肌滑轮下拉💪🏻

⭕️保持身体挺直，肘部靠近身体，以及确保三头肌在动作中得到充分的收缩。注意使用适当的重量，避免过度使用背部肌肉。

❌身体摇晃、肘部外伸或收缩不足，这可能导致不正确的肌肉受力和效果不佳。确保在训练过程中注意形态，以充分激活目标肌肉，减少其他肌群的参与。
