Hip Flexor

Hip flexor ialah kumpulan otot yang berfungsi utama untuk membengkokkan sendi pinggul (hip flexion), iaitu mengangkat paha ke arah abdomen.

Antara otot utama ialah iliopsoas, re**us femoris, sartorius dan tensor fasciae latae (TFL). Hip flexor sangat penting dalam aktiviti seperti berjalan, berlari, menaiki tangga dan mengangkat lutut.

Dalam sukan, hip flexor yang kuat dan mempunyai mobiliti yang baik membantu menghasilkan pergerakan pinggul yang lebih efisien. Sebaliknya, kekakuan atau kelemahan pada kawasan ini boleh mempengaruhi mekanik larian, stride dan kawalan pelvis.

We are proud to announce that we were the main jersey sponsor for the Mukah team representing the division at the MSS Sarawak Championship.

Although the championship had to be postponed, we sincerely hope that all the athletes will continue to stay motivated, remain strong, and keep working hard towards greater achievements in the future.
