Asian Cycling Confederation Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC) is the main governing body for cycling in Asia representing 45 National Cycling Federations.

The Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC), a non-profit-making organization founded in 1962, is the association of the national cycling federations (NFs) for Asia. Its headquarters are located in Dubai, UAE. The aims of the ACC are as follows:
* To promote and develop the sports of cycling in all its forms and levels in Asia;

* To assist the International Cycling Union (UCI) in controlling and regula

ting the sports of cycling in the Asian continent and to help solve differences that may arise between affiliated federations;

* To organize and/or to grant and award the organization of the Continental Cycling Championships, Mountain Bike Championships, Indoor Cycling Championships, Cycle-Cross Championships, BMX Championships or any other Asian level cycling activity to a member federation of ACC at the terms and conditions to be stipulated by the Management Committee of ACC;

* To help the UCI in the technical supervision of cycling events in the Asian Cycling Championships, Asian Games and other Regional Events in Asia held in accordance with the Rules and Statutes of the International Olympic Committee(IOC) and the UCI;

* The ACC is a non-profit and voluntary confederation composed of national cycling federations in Asia, which governs all cycling sport disciplines at all levels;

* All national cycling federations duly accepted as members of the International Cycling Union (UCI) within the Asian region shall be eligible for membership, provided that only one federation from each country shall be admitted as a member;

g)To represent the sport of cycling and defend its interests before the International Cycling Union and all national cycling federations in Asia;

h)The constitution and regulations of the federation shall not run counter to both the Constitution and Regulations of the ACC and the UCI. In case of divergence, only the latter shall apply.

ACC President Dato’ Amarjit Singh Gill had the honour of presenting medals and awards to the outstanding winners at the ACC Track Asia Cup in Bangkok.

A proud moment to recognise the athletes’ hard work, determination and exceptional performances on the track. Congratulations to all the winners and participants who made this championship a great success! 👏

Our appreciation also goes to Thai Cycling and President General Decha Hemkasri for their excellent organisation and continued efforts in developing track cycling.

ACC President Dato’ Amarjit Singh Gill officially opened the ACC Track Asia Cup in Bangkok on 28 August 2026, with huge participation from athletes representing all continents.

The Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC) congratulates its Secretary General, Mr. Kozim Urinboykhujaev, on being awarded the Honorary Medal “35th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.”

The prestigious state honour was presented on 26 August 2026 by H.E. Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, during an official ceremony marking the country’s 35th anniversary of Independence.

Mr. Kozim, who also serves as First Vice President of the Cycling Federation of Uzbekistan, was recognised for his contribution to the development of cycling, strengthening international sporting cooperation and enhancing Uzbekistan’s standing on the international sports stage.

ACC President Dato’ Amarjit Singh Gill, on behalf of the ACC Management Committee and the Asian cycling family, congratulated Mr. Kozim on the well-deserved recognition.

“This prestigious honour reflects Kozim’s dedication and valuable contribution to cycling in Uzbekistan and across Asia. We are extremely proud of his achievement and wish him continued success.”

ACC President & UCI Vice President Dato’ Amarjit Singh Gill visited WCC Johor and met with BMX riders and coaches during the ongoing WCC BMX Training Programme, held under the ACC Solidarity Programme.

The visit provided an opportunity to engage with the riders and coaches, while highlighting the ACC’s continued commitment to supporting BMX development and strengthening opportunities for athletes across the region.
