Over the weekend, our coaches spent time deepening our knowledge at a pre- and post-natal training course.

The focus was on how to safely train individuals during pregnancy—maintaining proper body alignment, reducing unnecessary aches and pains, and supporting a smoother birthing experience.

We also learned how to guide women post-pregnancy to rebuild strength, restore posture, improve body shape, and move with confidence again.

For years, we’ve worked closely with seniors and individuals managing injuries.
Now, we’re extending that same thoughtful, evidence-based approach to women with special conditions—because every body deserves informed and respectful coaching.



这个周末,我们的教练团队参与了孕前与产后训练课程,持续深化我们的专业能力。

课程重点在于:如何在孕期进行安全训练,协助身体维持良好排列,减少不必要的酸痛,并支持更顺利的生产过程。

我们也学习了如何在产后帮助女性重建力量、改善体态、改善体型,并重新找回自信与行动能力。

多年来,我们一直与长者及受伤、康复中的学员合作。
如今,我们也将同样严谨、以科学为本的训练方式,延伸到有特殊身体状况的女性——因为每一个身体,都值得被认真对待。

我们常以为开始很难,
但其实最难的是——相信自己也办得到。

在 YY 教练与 YZ 教练的陪伴下,
他的膝盖慢慢变好,
生活恢复活动力,
还能偶尔打打养生球、照顾身边的人,并且也重新相信自己可以越来越好。

这一切改变,只来自一句话:
“我愿意开始,也愿意坚持。”

We often think starting is the hardest part,
but the real challenge is believing that you can do it.

With the guidance of Coach YY and Coach YZ,
his knees improved,
his daily life became easier,
and he regained the strength to care for the people he loves.
