Please take note that due to the long weekend, school holidays, and limited officials available, the initial plan for MM S3 / 2026 as a 2-day event has been revised to a 1-day tournament event.

The Malacca Lawn Tennis Association (MLTA) proudly shines the spotlight on our President and Head Coach of the MLTA Elite Team, Alan Neo whose unwavering passion, tireless commitment, and exceptional dedication to tennis development continue to inspire the tennis community both locally and nationally.

Driven by a vision that extends far beyond the court, he has devoted countless hours towards nurturing young talents; instilling not only technical excellence, but also discipline, resilience, character, and self-belief in every player under his guidance.

His relentless efforts in grassroots and high-performance tennis development have once again produced remarkable results on the international stage, as he currently leads the Malaysian U12 Girls National Team into the semi-finals of the ITF U12 SEA Inter-Team Tournament taking place in Bangkok.

This achievement follows last year’s outstanding campaign, where he guided the Malaysian U12 Girls Team to a commendable third-place finish, earning qualification to the Asian Zone Championships in Singapore 2025.

As the team marches into the semi-final stage tomorrow, we hope they continue to compete with courage, unity, determination, and national pride.

Adding to the excitement, the Malaysian U12 Boys Team also emerged as table toppers in their respective group yesterday; a fantastic achievement for Malaysian junior tennis.

We would like to wish the very best to the Malaysian U12 Girls Team comprising Coach Alan, Yuna, Isabella, and Athika, as well as the Malaysian U12 Boys Team comprising Coach Azizul, Mason, Alex, and Varun in their remaining matches.

Both teams will face Thailand today in their respective divisions, and we sincerely hope they will rise to the occasion and secure qualification for the Asian Zone Championships in Singapore.

The journey continues, and the entire MLTA family stands proudly behind you every step of the way.
