WFH STRETCHES at your Desk!

Instructions:
1. Preparation -
Seated on the front part of your chair so there's room between you and the back of your chair.
Eye gaze should be directly in front at eye level.
Place feet flat on the floor.
Lift both arms straight up above your head and bend your elbows, placing your palms behind behind your neck.
1. Place your Right Hand firmly on your Left Elbow.
Inhale: expand your ribcage sideways
Exhale: reach your arms, head, neck, and shoulders to sideways towards the LEFT until you feel a gentle stretch on the LEFT side of your body.
Inhale: Slowly come back to the start position
Repeat this 4x, then continue on:
1. Place your Left Hand firmly on your Right Elbow.
Inhale: expand your ribcage sideways
Exhale: reach your arms, head, neck, and shoulders to sideways towards the RIGHT until you feel a gentle stretch on the RIGHT side of your body.
Inhale: Slowly come back to the start position
Repeat this 4x
