Stretches @ Your Desk

A. RIGHT LEG
Position
Sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor.
Lift your Right leg, place the Right ankle on your Left knee.

Movement:
1. Take a deep breath in
With shoulders wide and back straight,
2. Take a deep breath out
Lean forward, bringing your chest towards your legs.
You should feel the Right hip and thigh stretch
3. Take a deep breath in
Slowly lean back and straight your body

Repeat as many times as needed.

B. LEFT LEG
Position:
Sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor.
Lift your Left leg, place the Left ankle on your Right knee.

Movement:
1. Take a deep breath in
With shoulders wide and back straight,
2. Take a deep breath out
Lean forward, bringing your chest towards your legs.
You should feel the Left hip and thigh stretch
3. Take a deep breath in
Slowly lean back and straight your body

Repeat as many times as needed.

Stretches @ Your Desk!
Simple shoulder & upper back stretch
Relieves tightness, stress, and tension.

Position:
Sit upright on your chair
Feet are flat on the floor.
Reach both arms straight in front with palms facing outwards.

Movement:
Reach your shoulder blades sideways, away from the spine
drop your chin and relax your neck
reach your hands as far forward as you slightly lean backwards with your upper back.

Repeat 5x per day.

WFH STRETCHES at your Desk!
Relieve neck and shoulder tension.
Simple, Easy, Effective!
Repeat this twice a day for best results 👍
Instructions:
1. Preparation -
Seated on the front part of your chair so there's room between you and the back of your chair.
Eye gaze should be directly in front at eye level.
Place feet flat on the floor.
Lift both arms straight up above your head and bend your elbows, placing your palms behind behind your neck.

1. Place your Right Hand firmly on your Left Elbow.
Inhale: expand your ribcage sideways
Exhale: reach your arms, head, neck, and shoulders to sideways towards the LEFT until you feel a gentle stretch on the LEFT side of your body.
Inhale: Slowly come back to the start position

Repeat this 4x, then continue on:

1. Place your Left Hand firmly on your Right Elbow.
Inhale: expand your ribcage sideways
Exhale: reach your arms, head, neck, and shoulders to sideways towards the RIGHT until you feel a gentle stretch on the RIGHT side of your body.
Inhale: Slowly come back to the start position

Repeat this 4x
