Extending My 36 hours Fast๐
A couple of hours ago I posted about my 36-hour fast on my profile, but I'm now at 37 hours and feeling such great benefits that I've decided to keep going!
What I'm experiencing right now:
โจ Really clear thinking - my focus is so much better
โจ Steady energy without any crashes
โจ No hunger at all (it just went away!)
โจ Feeling mentally strong - like I can handle anything
โจ Everything tastes better already - even water
โจ Feeling calm and centered
What's happening in my body:
๐ฅ Burning stored fat for energy
๐ Cellular cleanup and renewal happening
๐ Growth hormone increasing
๐ง Brain using ketones for fuel
๐ช Getting better at switching between energy sources
When I break this fast, I'll follow the Fast Like A Girl steps to get the most benefits and transition back to eating smoothly.
This is making me more confident about working toward a 72-hour fast eventually (which should NEVER be done without proper preparation or coaching/medical supervision!).

Many of you have asked for help and guidance about fasting. I really appreciate your questions and interest!
The thing is - fasting needs to fit your gender, age, hormones, and health situation. It's definitely not the same for everyone. What works for me might be completely different for you.
