🥊 Moms’ “Power Moment” Successfully Concluded! 💪✨
Thank you to everyone who joined the Women’s Self-Defense & Boxing Class jointly organized by Deputy Minister Teo Nie Ching’s office and Ultimate MMA Fitness.
In just one and a half hours, participants not only experienced boxing training and learned basic self-defense techniques, but also gained greater confidence and awareness of personal safety. ❤️
Whether it was the physical challenge or learning how to protect themselves, every participant did an amazing job!

Our little warriors did an amazing job today! 💪
Stepping onto the ring takes more than just skill, it takes courage, determination, and heart.
Win or lose, every match is a learning experience, and every drop of sweat becomes part of their growth.
Seeing the kids give their best, show respect, and never give up is the true spirit of martial arts.
A big thank you to all the parents for your continuous support and companionship, and to the coaches for their dedication and guidance.
May these young athletes continue to build confidence, discipline, and resilience through competition, becoming better step by step. 🔥🥊

We salute our buddy Nazren Anuar (Alang), a firefighter from the Kulai Fire Station and a member of our Gym, along with his teammates, for their courage and dedication during the recent major plastic factory fire in Kulai, Johor.
Your bravery is deeply respected.
