Ok how many of you have "regular exercise" on your new year's resolution list? 🙋♀️
Might I suggest Zumba®️ Fitness.
It is easy and fun and most importantly SUSTAINABLE. (Ain't that the current it word)
No need to go all beast mode and get all jacked up in the gym just to run out of steam in a year or so...
Do something you enjoy and it will become a life-long routine you can't do without. (Not hating on gym; gym is awesome too... just not my cuppa)
Can't dance? No such thing. There is no right or wrong move, no one here will judge you, just do your thing even if it's totally different from everyone else's! Any movement is better than no movement.
Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 9am.
