Charlie Pathway Training Consultant PLT (CPTC) was registered as a training consultant on 6th January, 2016. As the professional training consultant, it is our primary role to promote continuous learning skills within the country by introducing the best management practices from all corners of the world to our Malaysian companies. With the resources and years of experience of our team members, it
is our ardent hope to build important links and bridge the gap between the private and public sectors. Being independent and non-political, CPTC serves as a platform for free exchange of updated management knowledge and experience by pulling together managers and organisations from all disciplines of human endeavors. It is also a virtual development centre committed to skilling and upskilling of professional management standards. CPTC has wide varieties of training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our course participants. Our trainers are experienced practitioners and consultants, who understand and practice adult learning methodology. Our programs are tailored to market needs, preparing for current and future work demands. Should the need arises, CPTC also assist organizations in their management development strategy through our Advisory Team and customized in-house programs. CPTC’s national charter and challenges will require it to be innovative and forward looking to prepare Malaysians workers from all walks of life to be the present and future generation of managers who are able to competently handle and manage new dynamic market challenges. Arising from these challenges, CPTC has designed a comprehensive program on ‘How to Manage Generation Y and Beyond’ to enable us to maximize our employees true potential and increase their productivity, thus improving the bottom-line. By doing so, we can break-through our ways to compete successfully and achieve our Malaysia 2020 Vision of becoming a developed nation. On May 21, 2015 the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak released the Eleventh Development Plan for Malaysia with a focus on developing human capital for Malaysians. As such, we also want to partake in this journey together as a competent training provider to help our country to achieve a develop status nation by the year 2020.
