最近看了那个青少年交代遗言的视频，他看起来多么难过，他说他有很多朋友，但也许没有。表述的是他不确定他的存在是否有意义，他想活着，要不然他不会哽咽。

不是说手机一定不好，是现实中的世界太难往前，关关难过关关过。现在的人类经过手机可以看到全世界，所以忘了其实我们可以走出去把世界都看过一遍，感受风，感受痛，感受这个世界的人与事给你带来的快乐。

曾经一些中学生才刚转来我们的swim club, 因为不认识和尴尬，他只能拿着手机坐在篮球场边，等待训练时间，但是我们的规矩是来上游泳课的都不能把手机拿出来，否则会没收。

第二个星期，他还是坐在那里，手无处安放。还是保持沉默。第四个星期，他做在同一个位置，开始在很多人的球场边小声的询问一个安静的小男生，你会下棋吗？（桌子上有一盒黑白棋），于是他们在第四个星期开始下棋，后来有一天小男孩没来训练，大男孩开始慢慢走上前，靠近那班在游泳训练前疯狂打球的热血男孩们，从一开始的捡球，到传球，再到肢体碰撞，开心大笑，到会去骂朋友为什么要传错球，这些都是他一步一脚印，情绪的释放。原本的他很自卑也很自闭，今天的他啰嗦又高傲，我知道Swim Art治愈了他，不是我，是那班热爱运动又不能拿手机选择逃避的小孩。

如果你的孩子很爱关起门看手机，吃饭看手机，上车看手机，麻烦你假装把他手机弄坏，把他手机忘了在遥远的阿嬷家，再积极的把他约出去户外看看海，看看山，去球场，去运动，让他参加多一些社团，和朋友相聚，不要因为大家都累了就关门开空调，各看各的手机。没有人说一定是父母的错，错误的生活方式需要大家一起觉醒来改善，没办法发泄的情绪，只会让你像个计时炸弹，像个漂浮的泡沫，一碰就破。
