But the BMW kept disappearing.

Fuji didn't just give Honda its first HRC Prelude-GT victory.

It gave them a 1–2 finish — and suddenly, the championship picture looks very different.

While the GT500 field battled through GT300 traffic, the Prelude-GT waited for the perfect moment to attack.

Toyota came to Fuji looking unbeatable.
Nissan came looking for redemption.
Honda? They brought the new Prelude-GT.

But this wasn't going to be a normal GT500 race.

66 laps.
300+ kilometres.
GT300 traffic.
And nearly 600 horsepower.

The Prelude didn't attack immediately.

It waited.

It managed its tyres.

And lap after lap… it got faster.

Because sometimes, the most dangerous car on the grid is the one that isn't showing its full pace yet. 👀

Green Brave took the win.
Ferrari had to settle for 3rd and 4th.
