Training with Tina Nubib at Sweat Bees Fitness has been truly life-changing. As i am currently in my middle age, I wanted to become fitter, more toned, and improve my overall health. Before starting, I struggled with leg pain for both, which made consistent exercise feel intimidating. Tina immediately understood my challenges and created a program that felt safe, effective, and surprisingly enjoyable.

Over the past months, my results have been incredible: leg pain have significantly decreased where i can walk without limping, my sleep has improved, and I’ve gained 2% muscle mass while reducing 3% body fat. My energy levels are higher than they’ve been in years. I’ve even overcome my fear of eating carbohydrates thanks to Tina’s guidance on balanced nutrition. I’m stronger, healthier, and more confident—and I’m so grateful for Tina’s support every step of the way. It is an eye-opener for me that nothing is impossible with the right guidance. This is how I spot for pull-ups. I find it's safer than holding the legs. If the client loses their grip they will not fall face first. There is also the added benefit of Tactical Facilitation; increasing Neuromuscular activation, motor unit recruitment, and sensory awareness.
