In active preparation for the 2026 Sukan Malaysia (SUKMA), Persatuan Judo Sarawak (PJS) is deeply honored to have invited three elite judokas from Taiwan and one from Singapore to the Sentosa Judo Club for an intensive sparring and technical exchange with our local athletes and students.
We are thrilled to welcome the following outstanding athletes:
HO MING YAO (何明耀) from the University of Taipei
YOU GUO HAO (游國豪) and WU HSI LIN (吳析廩) from National Taiwan Sport University
Tabitha Micah Ezekiel from Singapore
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to these four athletes for the exceptional training and invaluable guidance they provided to our team. We are equally delighted that, alongside the rigorous training sessions, they had the opportunity to experience the rich, diverse culture and warm hospitality that Sarawak has to offer.
A special and massive thank you goes out to MSNS (Majlis Sukan Negeri Sarawak) for their vital financial sponsorship. We also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to our own local judo community and enthusiasts for graciously hosting our guest athletes. Your incredible support made this meaningful exchange a resounding success!
為了積極備戰 2026 年馬來西亞運動會（SUKMA），PJS（Persatuan Judo Sarawak 砂拉越柔道協會）感到非常榮幸，能邀請到 3 位來自台灣以及 1 位來自新加坡的優秀柔道好手，來到 Sentosa Judo Club 與我們的在地選手及學員們進行深度的陪練與技術交流。
本次受邀前來的選手陣容十分堅強，他們分別是：
來自 台北市立大學 的 何明耀（HO MING YAO）
來自 國立體育大學 的 游國豪（YOU GUO HAO） 與 吳析廩（WU HSI LIN）
來自 新加坡 的 Tabitha Micah Ezekiel
我們十分感謝這四位選手在交流期間帶來的高強度訓練與專業指導，讓砂拉越的選手們受益匪淺。同時，我們也很高興他們在辛苦的訓練之餘，能夠親身感受砂拉越獨有的多元文化與在地熱情。
最後，我們要特別感謝 MSNS（Majlis Sukan Negeri Sarawak 砂拉越體育理事會）的慷慨贊助與資金支持，同時也誠摯感謝我們砂拉越本地的柔道同好們，熱情招待這四位遠道而來的選手。因為有大家的共同鼎力相助，才讓這次的國際柔道交流活動大獲成功、圓滿落幕！
