Dear all,
Thank you for your inscription and also the payment by most of you.
The platform will be coming soon and it will facilitate the running of the circuit. Unfortunately, there are some mistakes for most people. Here is the list:
Please enter the names with just the first letter as capital and not the rest of the name.
The definition of a Participant's Surname (family name) and the Participants' First name might be confusing. I will enter the names into the system and then you can re-correct it if necessary.
About the age categories. As most people are not familiar with the international age-group standards, it is indicated in the information detail of the circuit. Link I'll be correcting them manually into the system. Therefore, please pay attention to the changes that will affect your player (change of category).
The login for each player is based on their email. If the coaches are entering the player with the coach's email, the participant will not be able to login in the future. Practically all system with login needs either an ID number or email. Please start creating an email for your child or create a pseudo email for login purposes. The login will show all his results, his ranking, his opponents and etc. The platform might be tedious today compared to pen and paper but it keeps and documents your child's progress and development. You'll appreciate this platform when you get familiar with it. We will publish the new platform when it is ready (expected before the end of this year).
The confidentiality of the information that we are in the procession (inscription and etc) will be of importance. We will publish the participant list in which category with a strict essential minimum.

The patron of the event is SSC and the organiser is KBA.
