🥋 Inspiring Inclusion & Empowerment Through Aikido! 💪✨
On 27th June 2026 the team at Sekishin Aikido Dojo had the absolute privilege of conducting a special Aikido demonstration and self-defense session for the incredible women of the Sarawak Energy Leading Women Network (SELWN)!
Held right here at Sarawak Energy, the session focused on empowerment, mindfulness, and practical self-defense techniques. It was inspiring to see the participants embrace the principles of Aikido—turning energy into strength, building confidence, and fostering resilience both on and off the mat.
