不需要舞蹈基础，也不需要运动经验，只要跟着音乐一起动起来，就能在一小时内释放压力、燃烧卡路里、提升体能，让运动变得简单又快乐。
无论是个人、朋友、家庭或团队，都欢迎参加！

✔ 我们最小的尊巴学员只有5岁，也能完成整堂课程。
✔ 如果您的孩子不参加尊巴，当您安心享受尊巴课程时，工作人员会照顾孩子，让他们探索、玩乐，并体验创意 STEM 活动。

💃 Team Building Zumba – Move Together, Grow Together!
Ready to move, sweat and have fun?
Sandra Fitness is excited to collaborate with Makeramai Makerspace to bring you an energetic Team Building Zumba session!
No dance experience is needed. Just follow the music, enjoy simple dance moves, relieve stress, burn calories and have fun in one exciting hour!
Everyone is welcome!
👨👩👧 Family Friendly
✔ Kids are welcome to join the dance.
✔ Our youngest Zumba student is just 5 years old and successfully completes the full class.
✔ If your child is not joining the Zumba session, while you enjoy your workout, your little ones will explore, play and build creative STEM kits under the care of the Makeramai team.

Bersedia untuk bergerak, berpeluh dan bergembira?
Sandra Fitness dengan sukacitanya bekerjasama dengan Makeramai Makerspace untuk membawakan Team Building Zumba yang penuh tenaga!
Tidak perlu pengalaman menari. Hanya ikut muzik, bergerak bersama dan nikmati satu jam yang menyeronokkan!
👨👩👧 Aktiviti Mesra Keluarga
✔ Kanak-kanak dialu-alukan untuk menyertai Zumba.
✔ Peserta Zumba termuda kami baru berusia 5 tahun dan mampu menamatkan keseluruhan kelas.
✔ Jika anak anda tidak menyertai sesi Zumba, semasa anda menikmati sesi Zumba, anak-anak akan dijaga oleh pasukan Makeramai sambil meneroka, bermain dan membina kit STEM yang kreatif.
