If you’re answering YES to at least one of the questions above, this Foundation Course is tailored to answer your doubts and frustrations. Planned and sequenced in a way to build up your confidence in your yoga practice and great for newbies to kickstart their practice.

We only take 10 students in a class and we will only be offering this once this year.

😍Calling all yoga newbies in Kuantan!! Our yearly Foundation Course is now open for registration!

This year, we will be introducing a Hybrid Format for the Course inclusive of:
- 6 sessions of physical classes in our studio (2 hours/class)
- 5 sessions of online classes (1 hour/session as revision)
- 5 sessions of online practice checks (up to 1 hour/session)

This course if suitable for you if you are:
- a total yoga beginner
- new yoga practitioner who would like to learn a little more in-depth on yoga postures
- yoga practitioner seeking to learn Alignment Yoga and introduction to yoga philosophy
- yoga practitioner who has stopped yoga for some time and would like to start practising again

Class size is limited to 10 students per class to ensure a good teacher to student ratio.

Notes and practice sequence will be provided to allow students to recall and build up self-practice at home.
