INTRODUCTION

Selangor has 78 new villages, categorised as Kampung Baru (42), Kampung Bagan or Fishing Village (19) and Kampung Tersusun or Planned Village (17).

Selangor can lay claim to having the largest new village (Ampang) and the most developed new village (Serdang) in the country.

OBJECTIVE

As a healty activity for the new village through sport.
The new village communities can mixed and interact with each other.
To promote basketball among the new village.

DETAILS

Competition Date : 12 june 2012 – 8 July 2012
Grand final Date : 13,14,15 July 2012
Proposed Venue : Covered Basketball court
Teams : 48 teams
No. of circuit : 7 circuit
Grand final teams : 14 teams

MECHANICS

The championship have 2 phase.
1st phases championship will play at 7 appointed new village from 9 different district.
The championship for 1st phase will take at least eight team.
The top 2 team will represent the new village to grand final.
The grand final will use knockout system.
The Grand prize money is RM10,000
(1st prize RM5,000, 2nd prize RM2,500, 3rd prize RM1,500, 4th prize RM1,000)

Opening ceremony is on 29 APRIL 2012 at 5pm.
Semua orang kene datang if not deposit RM200 will be burned.
Mase opening kene pakai proper attire (kasut dan baju) since ade menteri akan merasmikan NCBL2012.

Semua game akan berlansung pada hari ahad.
Div 3 game pagi
Div 2 game petang and malam
Div 1 game malam.
Quater, Semi and Final akan ade 3 refree
