A Place Where the Mind Finds Calm

After a long day of work,
there’s that quiet kind of tiredness—
not just in the body,
but somewhere deeper in the heart.

We carry deadlines, expectations,
and the weight of “being okay.”
And somewhere along the way,
we forget what truly makes us happy.

For me, archery became that simple joy.

The moment I pick up the bow,
take a deep breath,
and draw—
the world slows down.
No words, no pressure,
no need to prove anything.

Just me, my breath, and the arrow.

With every release,
I find balance again.
I find calm.
I find me.

We all deserve a place like this—
a place that brings back our smile,
our focus,
and our quiet kind of happiness. 🏹

每天下班的路上，
是不是也有那种说不出的疲惫？
脑袋已经下班，
但身体和心，
还在被现实的声音追赶着。

工作、责任、人际、期待——
每一样都压在肩上，
久了，就开始忘了，

感受身体的稳定、心的平静。

一次又一次的放箭，
让我重新找回节奏、找回力量、
也找回那个单纯相信自己的自己。

我们都需要一个这样的地方——
能让你在疲惫的生活中，

We’re so proud of Coco, who trains at Wakagi Archery Range,
for winning 1st Place in the Elimination Round – Individual Recurve Girls U12
at the Selangor International & National Indoor Archery Championship 2025! 🎯

Coco is part of the B**g Archery Team,
and besides her regular coaching sessions, she continues to practice at Wakagi —
where our evening operating hours allow her to train safely after school,
in a fully indoor, air-conditioned 30m range that’s both comfortable and secure.

Her dedication and focus remind us how powerful this sport can be —
archery teaches patience, discipline, and calm,
all while giving kids a healthy outlet to grow both body and mind. 🌿

🌏 A week of Kyudo connections at Wakagi Archery Range 🇲🇾

During the Asia Oceanic Kyudo Gathering, we had the pleasure of welcoming Kyudo practitioners from various countries who came to train, warm up, and connect at Wakagi Archery Range.

It was truly heartwarming to see archers of different backgrounds sharing the same space, exchanging energy, and preparing together for the event.
Thank you to everyone who visited — you’ve added beautiful spirit to our humble range. 💫

🌿 Wakagi Archery Range — A Quiet Beginning, A Growing Future

18 October marked a gentle yet unforgettable milestone for us.
The doors of Wakagi Archery Range opened for the very first time,
welcoming morning light, and welcoming every heart that chose to walk in with us.

We were deeply honoured by the presence of:
✨ LIM LIP ENG 林立迎
✨ Representatives from The Japan Foundation, Kuala Lumpur
✨ Tang Ah Chai
along with many dear guests who filled the space with warmth and encouragement.

“Wakagi” — 若木 — means a young tree.
A symbol of quiet strength, of growing upward little by little.
That is the spirit we hope to cultivate here.

A place not only to practice archery,
but to steady the mind,
to breathe with intention,
and to rediscover focus through each arrow released.

Whether you belong to:

— Wakagi aims to be a home where every archer can grow roots
