Whether it’s kicking a ball for the first time or mastering a particular technique, our aim is to best support every player’s individual needs. We want all our players to enjoy their footb

all and improve in an encouraging, safe and competitive environment. Personal Development: Participation in sport is proven to be an effective way to enhance the personal development of young people. With this in mind our primary purpose is to use football as a platform to equip young people with skills and values that are valuable far beyond football. Our hope is that all our players are equipped with the tools and characteristics needed to help face the realities of life, and to empower them to go and make a positive difference, beyond the football pitch, in their own communities. Our sessions run every Saturday morning, 8am-9am at Central Park Sports Centre, Petaling Jaya. Please send a PM or WhatsApp message for further information on registration.

As seen in the previous video, here is a finishing practice we developed for our U12’s. It’s a great warm up game for any session focussed on combination play and finishing.

⚽️ Set up as seen in the diagram, placing at least 8 footballs on cones around the area.

⚽️ In teams of 2, players take 1 ball and make 3 passes before finishing in one of the goals. After every pass players should move into a different square.

⚽️ After finishing, players collect another ball. The team to score the most is the winning team.

⚽️ Progression: Play with one team of defenders who attempt to win possession and score in one of the goals.
