I emphasis a lot on and to my clients, in that should be a part of your lifestyle and in fact done to enhance your quality of life. Diet however should not be restricted but performed with informed decisions. Know what effect it will bring to your body, to your , can it wait (say til the weekend?), how can it be adjusted to best suit your lifestyle? You do you, what’s best to have a you, in line with your lifestyle (considering your work schedule, family, obligations and priorities) or a lifestyle you want to achieve 🤗
