This week’s exercise focus: The Single Hand High Row — a great movement for building a stronger upper back and improving posture.

✅ Key Benefits
• Targets the upper back and rear delts effectively
• Helps improve back symmetry and posture

❌ Common Mistakes
• Twisting the torso excessively during the pull
• Pulling with the arm instead of driving the elbow back

• Keep chest up and core tight throughout
• Drive the elbow back and slightly outward

🌿 Meet Your Instructor – Wan Jin
Hi, I’m Wan Jin, a certified Airo Yoga instructor who is passionate about helping people build strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement. My classes are more healing-focused, combining gentle movement, stretching, and relaxation with light strength and core work in a gentle, accessible way. This helps members release tension, improve flexibility, and feel more balanced physically and mentally. Suitable for all fitness levels.

💫 What is Airo Yoga?
Airo Yoga combines elements of Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and Acro-Play using a custom-designed Airo swing. The class progressively helps improve body strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility while creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, stretch, strengthen your core, or simply try something new, Airo Yoga is the perfect midweek reset. 💜
