不用假装努力因为结果不会陪你演戏

这半年的体重起伏相信有在follow我的你们都可以很明显的看到
刚踏入这行业搬来KL发展
种种的不适应和压力让我暴饮暴食
虽然还是有在做运动但是体重还是飙升了七公斤
一件件的裤子开始穿不下了才意识到自己真的胖了好多
每一次知道自己不可以再这样下吃下去了
可是还是没办法控制自己的嘴巴
每一次吃饱到想吐了
可是还是继续塞各种零食甜品
暴食后又自己崩溃大哭
后来为了减肥把自己搞得筋疲力尽
每天累到崩溃去到哪里都可以不小心睡着
每天半夜被抽筋的腿疼到醒来
看着不可以吃的甜食发脾气
虽然你们看我的story很像开开心心的
其实每天晚上都会自己偷偷的哭

可是当我每一次想要放弃的时候
都会看到你们的私信
告诉我我是你们运动的动力我变瘦了好多
其实让我坚持到现在的是你们啊！
这一路走走来有你们的陪伴
我真的很感激很感动
写完这caption 怎么眼睛又湿湿了哈哈
真的很谢谢你们陪我走了这一段艰难的路
虽然现在没达到我最终的目标但我已经很满意现状了
慢慢的调整心态把自己来回轨道真的很不容易
我们一起继续加油继续努力ok
