CORE TRAINING is to work on the area of the body which is commonly referred to as core ;
Your midsection and it involves all your muscles in that area including the front, back and sides.
These muscles work as stabilizers for the entire body.
Core training is simply doing specific exercise to develop and strengthen these stabilizer muscles.

If any of these core muscles are weakened, it could result in lower back pain or a protruding waistline. Keeping these core muscles strong can do wonders for your posture and help give you more strength in other exercise like running and working 👍✨💯

KAATSU TRAINING was found by a Japanese bodybuilder in 1966 initially, and was further studied and developed jointly with a Professor in Tokyo University in 1970s to 80s.

As it literally means ‘add pressure ‘, the significant of this training is the application of the pressure belt at the base of the arm or groins to restrict blood flow properly while exercise.

Here are some of the effects from the training ;

✅ Improve blood circulation
✅Secretion of growth hormone in large amount = anti-aging
✅ Increase metabolism 🔹 blood vessel become bigger and flexible 🔹 create new vessels 🔹 blood vessels become younger

The biggest characteristic of this training method is to be able to achieve or see the result/ muscular strength builds up in a short period of time by the use of very light load✨👍

Therefore, there is less fatigue and fast recovery after the training 🔥
