There is only one pursuit - the pursuit of happiness.

I know my last post was some time last year and I have not posted since, except for stories. The fact of the matter is that lot has happened in the past 6 months. Work was insane, went through multiple dental surgeries and lost a cousin who is very dear to me 💔 Yes, I passed my ACE certification last June but could not do much with it cause I have been pretty tied up with a lot of things and health got in the way. So, after not being able to workout, eat and sleep for a couple of months, I lost a lot of mass and strength (mentally and physically). People, I don’t want to be skinny, I wanna be fit and healthy, okay? For your information doing strength and endurance training is to keep me healthy and strong - unfortunately I am not able to take calcium orally for the rest of my life. So, when I started going to the gym again after the surgery, my performance was less than 25% compared to before MCO. I was very disappointed and at the verge of crying and giving up at the gym the other day. Thank you for being there and always believing in me and pushing me to do more. I am slowly getting back my strength and endurance. Just so you know,, you are my personal trainer and BFF for life 😉 All the swearing are with much ❤️ I tell ya! 🤣 Being a personal trainer and coach is no joke. And , you nailed it! 💯
