Today’s kids yoga lesson was all about expressions, emotions & being our true selves 🌈🧘‍♀️✨

In Mali’s Fabulous Studio, we learn that we do not need to “wear a mask” to hide our feelings. We encourage children to express themselves confidently through movements, facial expressions, breathing, laughter, and creativity 💛

To connect with today’s lesson, our little yogis enjoyed a fun mask painting activity 🎭🎨
Each child designed their own colorful mask while learning that behind every mask is a beautiful, unique personality waiting to shine.

Yoga is not only about stretching the body… it is also about understanding emotions, building confidence, and feeling safe to be ourselves 🌸

Tried adding some music, movements, and yoga poses for Hemitra today 🎶🧘‍♀️✨
It was such a beautiful session filled with focus, fun, and little moments of connection. Through music, movement, and yoga, we slowly build confidence, coordination, calmness, and happiness together ❤️ Every small progress is truly meaningful.
