Pre-natal Pilates class starting on 11 April on every Saturday at 1pm.
This group class is a Mat Movement class & is only open for mummies to be - 13 weeks & above. It is a small class with only 6 spots. Classes must be pre-book. No walk-in.

孕期普拉提课程将于4月11日起每周六下午1点开课。本课程为垫上运动课程，仅限孕期13周及以上的准妈妈参加。课程为小班制，仅限6人。所有课程均需提前预约，恕不接受现场报名。

San San is also an educator & mentor for Polestar Pilates and attended many movement workshops. She will share her extensive movements knowledge - scoliosis specific.

Scolio-Pilates Modules 1+2 are designed for movement professionals, teachers & physiotherapists. The method provides evidence-based, 3D alignment strategies and practical exercise application for scoliosis clients. Everyone is different. Some spines have more curve than others. In fact, any curve of the spine under 10 degree is considered normal.

Scoliosis is not an ailment. It is a curvature of spine BUT with lack of body awareness it will lead to bad posture & hence progress the curve. In Scolio-Pilates, we teach you to understand your body & corrective exercise that put you in charge of your curve. It is an education for your body.

This client has proximal thoracic curve. She is also a mother of a toddler. Carrying the baby at the side of her hip doesn't help & makes her curve worse.

After today session, she managed to align her spine.
Question: Will her curve go back?
Answer: Yes she will, if she doesn't practise the right movement.

If you have similar issues, invest time in yourself & understand your body to improve your posture. Lead a pain-free life to enjoy life.
