How can I join your sessions? All you need to do is just lace up and bring your enthusiasm down to any of our sessions mentioned on our weekly posters. No fee, no requirements whatsoever. Come early so you get the chance to socialize with other runners. Don’t be shy, we were once a new comer too!
2. Can a beginner join? You are more than welcome to take this chance and change your lifestyle. We r
un in different speed groups, so choose which suits you most and we have our marshals to assist you along the way. Nobody is gonna get left behind.
3. How long/far is the run? Every session held comprises of different programs so that your body wont get tired of doing the same thing. Each session will be from 8.30pm to 10.30pm so we squeeze in what we can. Runs will usually be between 5km – 10km but take it easy, we have pit stops in between.
4. What do I need to bring along? Our best suggestion is to pack light, there might not always be bag drop so bring only essentials. You are encouraged to bring water to the sessions because hydration is very important.
