Zoo Extreme Sports Performance will always maintain quality before quantity. We want players of all sports to get the personal experience of working with attainable heroes of their respective sport. We bring in coaches from colleges, universities, and outstanding high schools. We bring in male and female players that created personal success in athletics. ZESP is all about athletics and

stand by building the pillars of the mind, body and soul. The essence of a true athlete is to strive to one’s personal best not only in sport but in all aspects of life. In addition to skills, all athlete’s will have mentoring in nutrition, training, mental focus and goal setting. In the coming months you will see the more camps covering a diverse number of sports and training. We will initiate leagues for youth to adult, as we know there are aspiring athletes at all ages. Becoming an athlete is much more than competition. It is a positive way of living, communicating and dictating one’s destiny. It becomes a healthy life choice that everyone is capable of attaining. Please follow GPRC - PE and Kinesiology. We now have an Instagram account and we are actively trying to create more awareness of what we offer in our program. Please follow us and share on Instagram. For all my international friends and family, a following from you too would really help our image. Your support will be greatly appreciated and here is to a healthy, happy and prosperous end to 2021.

There are a number of my friends that have asked about their children joining GPRC and some are very interested in playing basketball at the college level. If anyone is interested and/or you want to know about playing any sport and/or the possibility of scholarships, please direct message me and I will help inform you and get the ball rolling (pun intended 😆)

Hi all, I'm sorry to say that if you received any message from a coachzuko_ on Instagram that it is not me. For those of you in Canada, this happened shortly after signing in with Telus.
