MMU Legends FC has participated in prestigious Damansara League (2012), The Star EURO Futsal Championship (2012), Cabaran Skor NEON Dashing (2012), CLEAR MEN Road To Estadio Madrid (2013), Tune Talk Supports QPR's Futsal Tournament (2015), The Prestige Cup (2015) & Klang Valley League (Division 1 Gombak) in 2016. On February 2015, MMU Legends FC re-brands their name to MMU Lejen FC.
