1 Sept Selangor holiday + long weekend = apparently we must go suffer together.😁🔥

So… 31 Aug 2026 — Fraser Hill 60KM Road L*D!

🎯 Mission of the day:
⬆️ Learn to climb without killing the legs
⬇️ Learn to descend without killing the knees 😂
👟 Work on posture & proper landing technique
💪 And hopefully come back stronger!

Not a race. No hero mode.
Just a good long training day in the hills with good company. 😍
