To all participants, teams, supporters and partners,
We would like to sincerely apologize for the significant disruption that occurred during tonight's event, particularly at the Transition Zone.
We understand that many runners experienced confusion, delays, congestion and frustration during the race. We recognize that participants invested considerable time, effort and resources in preparing for this event, and we regret that the race experience did not meet the expectations of many participants.
As the organizer, we acknowledge the concerns, disappointment and frustration expressed by many participants, and we understand why these feelings arose.
Our team is currently conducting a comprehensive review of the incident, including race data, timing records, operational procedures and participant feedback.
Over the coming days, we will provide further updates regarding our findings and any measures that may be implemented following the completion of the review process.
We deeply regret that your race experience was affected and we are committed to learning from this incident and improving future events.
To everyone who participated tonight, thank you for your patience, understanding and passion for the sport.
