Our Hearts Are With Nepal

The devastating flash floods along the Nepal–China border have caused widespread destruction, sweeping through communities, roads and bridges and leaving many families affected. The disaster is believed to have been triggered by a glacial collapse in the Himalayas.

As search and rescue efforts continue, at least 160 people have been confirmed dead, while hundreds remain missing. The situation is still developing, with rescue teams working in difficult conditions to reach those affected.

Our deepest thoughts are with the families who have lost loved ones, those still waiting for news, and every community facing the aftermath of this tragedy.

May Nepal find strength, hope and healing in the days ahead. 🇳🇵❤️

RUNNERS, TODAY IS A REST DAY. ❤️‍🩹

Kuala Lumpur’s air quality is currently at AQI 171 — Unhealthy, with PM2.5 at 84 µg/m³.

For runners, this matters because we breathe much faster and deeper during training. That means we can inhale significantly more polluted air compared with when we are resting.

PM2.5 refers to extremely fine particles that can travel deep into the lungs. When levels are high, outdoor running may increase the risk of:

* throat and airway irritation
* coughing or chest discomfort
* shortness of breath
* reduced exercise performance
* greater stress on the lungs and cardiovascular system

A missed run won’t destroy your fitness. Training hard in unhealthy air may do more harm than good.

Our advice to the running community today:
Avoid outdoor running, intervals, long runs and hard training. Take the rest day, recover properly, or move your session indoors where the air is better.

Your training is about becoming stronger — and protecting your health is part of training too.

Stay safe. Protect your lungs. Run another day.

Her energy, persistence and discipline are exactly the kind of qualities that make this community stronger. Trail running isn’t only about speed or results. It’s about showing up, staying consistent, embracing the hard days and continuing to move forward when the climb gets tough.

Yesterday we hit the trails with BOG 🇲🇾 (Trail Running Team) . ⛰️🔥

Mud, climbs, sweat, laughs — and plenty of good energy all around.
