Tourist Guide in KAGC College

Mesra Malaysia is a one-day course introduced by MOTAC (Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia), designed primarily to train tourism industry and front-line service personnel in areas such as:

• Customer Service
• Communication Skills
• Latest Malaysian Tourism Products
• How to provide more professional and friendly service

In addition, Mesra Malaysia is one of the mandatory prerequisite courses for individuals applying to become a licensed Tourist Guide.

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a MOTAC course participation certificate.

Currently, among the certified Mesra Malaysia trainers listed by MOTAC, KAGC College has several trainers officially listed, including Trainer Benee Tan and Trainer Edmond Chan. 💯
