In addition to our MONTH-TO-MONTH membership system and our world class facilities we have an amazing personable team of staff to look after you including a team of qualified personal trainers to keep you motivated and to ensure you

reach your health and fitness goals. Our PTs cater to everyone from the most elite of athletes to those just starting out. The personal training team can tailor a workout and dietary plan specifically for you and your health and fitness goals. Coming back from injury or surgery? Green Fitness boasts over 10 pieces of cardio equipment (Treadmills, bicycles, cross trainers), an extensive range of pin loaded, free weights and cable machines, a lifting room with a boxing bag and more! REGULAR STAFFED HOURS

Pop in for a free trial visit during staffed hours:

Mon-Fri 7am-10pm
Sat 7am-9pm
Sun 7am-7pm
