The Xfit Burden Run

The Xfit Burden Run Burden Run 2014 Burden Run 2014 will be on 26th January 2014 and will be held at Sport Science Stadium (UM Arena), University of Malaya Kuala Lumpur.

We are targeting 1500 runners and the distance of this run will be 10.2km consist of 4.5km run to the sandbag station, pick up the sandbag and run with 10kg (men), 7kg (women) for 5.7km to the finishing line. Flag off: 7am
