Built in the room. 3 words that carry the whole methodology.

No pre-recorded demos. No sample datasets. The AI assistants that exist at 5pm did not exist at 9am, and they are trained on the company's own tone, templates and data.

Why it matters: a tool someone built themselves gets used on Monday. A tool someone watched a demo of gets forgotten by Monday.

Ownership is the deployment strategy. The framework just engineers it.
