First-Time Mom ain’t no jokes. With no helper is even another level of challenge.
I love & enjoy my journey but let’s be honest, it can be exhausting & stress is inevitable.

This is how I treat myself. A challenging movement. A round of workout. MOVE!

Remember in one of my last post I talked about sharing how I recover during post-partum?
