June is about shifting the focus from explosive power to pure, unfiltered endurance. We’re moving to the floor to see who has the mental grit to stay locked in when the muscles start to burn. This month, we’re testing your isometric strength and willpower with the Plate Hold Endurance Challenge.

⏱️ The Challenge: Maximum time held.

The setup is a brutal test of shoulder stability and core control. Perform the hold with absolute precision:
1️⃣ The Grip: Grasp a standard weight plate securely by the edges.
2️⃣ The Lock: Lift and extend your arms directly out in front of you at a perfect 90-degree angle (parallel to the floor).
3️⃣ The Stance: Keep your core braced, chest proud, and elbows locked.

The Goal: Defy gravity for as long as possible. The clock ticks until your arms drop below shoulder height or your form breaks.

The Rule: No resting the plate on your body, no bent elbows, and absolutely no quitting when the burn sets in. Maintain structural integrity under fatigue.

Are you ready to test your breaking point? Step up to the floor, grab your plate, and let’s see who can hold the line this June.
