“A year ago, he couldn’t even jump without pain.
Today, he’s back performing confidently on the court.”
Many athletes and young players think:
“Knee pain is just part of growing up.”
“Just rest and it’ll be fine.”
“Take some medication and push through.”
But the truth is, pain that keeps coming back usually means something deeper is being ignored.
“一年前,他连跳都不敢跳。
现在,他终于可以放心在球场上全力表现。”
很多运动员、学生球员都会以为:
“膝盖痛是长大过程的一部分。”
“休息一下就会好了。”
“吃药、贴药布撑一下先。”
但真正的问题,很多时候不是“忍一忍”就会消失。
而是身体已经开始用错误的方式代偿,表现越来越差,伤痛也越来越反复。
