“A year ago, he couldn’t even jump without pain.
Today, he’s back performing confidently on the court.”

Many athletes and young players think:

“Knee pain is just part of growing up.”
“Just rest and it’ll be fine.”
“Take some medication and push through.”

But the truth is, pain that keeps coming back usually means something deeper is being ignored.

“一年前,他连跳都不敢跳。
现在,他终于可以放心在球场上全力表现。”

很多运动员、学生球员都会以为:

“膝盖痛是长大过程的一部分。”
“休息一下就会好了。”
“吃药、贴药布撑一下先。”

但真正的问题,很多时候不是“忍一忍”就会消失。
而是身体已经开始用错误的方式代偿,表现越来越差,伤痛也越来越反复。

5 years in, we’ve realised that student athletes today really have it tough.

Tuition, training, competitions, homework —
life is always moving fast.

Some of them come to Fitsio straight after school,
drop their bags, and start training immediately.

Slowly, this place became more than just a training space.

Some rebuild themselves here.
Some get stronger here.
Some simply find a place to breathe.

More than better performance,
we hope sports help them become a better version of themselves.

第五年了。

我们发现,现在热爱运动的中学生真的不容易。
补习、练球、比赛、功课,几乎每天都在赶。

有些人穿着校服来到 Fitsio,
放下书包就开始训练。

慢慢地,
这里好像不只是训练的地方。

Most people think jumping higher just means “jump more.”
But different jump exercises train different qualities.

Today at Fitsio, we used 2 different Squat Jump variations to improve vertical jump performance:

— Band Assisted Squat Jump
Using bands to reduce part of the bodyweight, allowing the athlete to move and produce force faster.
Main focus: Elasticity + RFD (Rate of Force Development)
In simple terms: training the body to be more explosive and reactive off the ground.

— Loaded Squat Jump
Adding external load to train force production under resistance.
Main focus: Power output
In simple terms: improving the ability to produce stronger force into the ground.

Vertical jump performance is not just about “strong legs.”
It’s a combination of strength, speed, coordination, and elasticity working together.

很多人以为“跳得高”就是一直跳。
但其实,不同训练会练到不同能力。

今天 Fitsio 用两个不同的 Squat Jump variation 来训练运动员的弹跳:

— Band Assisted Squat Jump
利用band减轻部分体重,让身体可以用更快的速度发力。
主要训练:Elasticity(弹性) + RFD(Rate of Force Development 爆发启动速度)
简单来说,就是让你“弹起来”的速度更快。

— Loaded Squat Jump
加入负重,让身体学习在更高力量下输出power。
主要训练:Power(力量爆发)
简单来说,就是让你“推地”的能力更强。

跳跃能力不是只靠“脚力”。
而是速度、力量、协调、弹性一起配合出来的结果。
